Strength and Mobility
This course is based on years of experience in track and field, kickboxing, dance, and strength training, combining, strength, and mobility in a holistic workout. The goal is to strengthen the body, improve movement quality, and develop better body awareness. Through targeted exercises, you'll work on stability, control, and posture to move more confidently and freely in everyday life, sports, or outdoor activities. The classes are characterized by passion, mindfulness, and a joy of movement, creating a motivating atmosphere where you can feel comfortable, seen, and supported.
All levels are welcome.
By developing stability, control, and body awareness, this kind of training can also reduce tension, prevent injuries, and support long-term physical health.
At the same time, this practice has a powerful effect on mental well-being. Moving with attention and intention helps reduce stress, clear the mind, and create a stronger connection between body and mind. It can improve focus, boost energy, and leave you feeling more grounded, confident, and present. The combination of strength, mobility, and mindful movement creates a training experience that supports both physical health and emotional balance.
This class is designed to help you feel stronger, freer, and more at ease in your body — while also creating space to recharge mentally and emotionally.
About the teacher : Vanessa Bur Lopez
Sport and movement have been part of my life since the age of five, and they remain an essential part of who I am today. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to gain experience in many different disciplines: 10 years of athletics, 8 years of Thai boxing and kickboxing, and dance has also been with me since childhood. Today, my main focus is on urban dance styles and heels, complemented by regular training at the gym.
For me, sport has always been more than just movement. It has been a source of balance, guidance, and an important constant throughout every stage of my life. Through sport, I have learned discipline, self-belief, and how to face challenges with confidence.
Today, it is especially important to me to share the experience and knowledge I have gained over the last 20 years. I want to support others in getting to know their bodies better, building trust in themselves, and growing both physically and mentally.
As a teacher, it is important to me to create an atmosphere in which people feel comfortable, seen, and motivated. I teach with heart, mindfulness, and a deep joy for movement.
