The Acrobatics training start with an articulation warm up, cardio and a sequences of movements to develop your strength, coordination, resistance and agility. We will work on your flexibility and handstand balance as well, the training will continue with basic acrobatic movements towards more complex ones depending on your level.
All levels are welcome.
The training last 90 minutes.
